Sample Master® Result Point™

Sample Master^® Result Point™ is a portal into your existing Sample Master^® LIMS. With it, you can allow your customers or members of your organization to have instantaneous access to real-time analytical results, from virtually anywhere in the world, at any time of the day. Result Point users can view rich web reports, with features such as flagging for parameters whose results exceed defined limits, making reviewing the data easier than ever.

Via the Internet or Intranet, Sample Master^® Result Point™ allows instant and real time access to Order and Result Status, Analytical Data PDF Reports and many other attached files, such as Word, Excel and other formats.

The Result Point™ web portal has three levels of security; Customer, Internal, and Administrator. Customer Accounts created in Result Point™ are associated with Customer IDs that were created in Sample Master^® .Therefore, users defined as "Customer" can only view information on orders that have been logged in with their customer ID. The Result Point™ remote administration and enhanced access privileges for internal users make for ease of system configuration, user management and monitoring, and rapid internal review of orders. Users created as "Internal" have access to all orders; users defined as "Administrator" have extended capability in the administration and configuration of the website. Result Point™ tracks access to the website so Result Point™ Administrators can monitor the usefulness of features and customers that are actively using the site.

Result Point™ also calculates and logs performance information for data-driven pages to allow your organization to keep your system up to par with fast moving technology. The Result Point™ web portal works seamlessly over Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) so you can be sure that your data securely reaches its destination. For SSL functionality a server certificate is required.
