Sample Management and Collection with Sample Master® Mobile
Eliminate paper-based processes and data transcription errors with ATL’s Sample Master® Mobile. Using Sample Master® Mobile, data can be electronically captured and quickly synchronized with Sample Master® LIMS, providing increased accuracy, quicker customer turn around times and improved worker productivity. Sample Master® Mobile is ideal for industries that require field data collection including environmental (air/water/soil), food & beverage, energy and public health. The Sample Master® Mobile application can be run on any device that is running Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0.
The Devices
Sample Master® Mobile can be run on any device running Microsoft Window Mobile 5.0, such as Personal Digital Assistants (PDA), Pocket PC’s and Smart Phones. Some of these devices offer GPS capability, e-mail and Internet access, wireless communication connectivity, integrated bar code scanning, ruggedness and much more. ATL recommends a rugged device for laboratory personnel doing sample collection out in the field. These devices are extremely durable and can withstand drops to concrete, are sealed to protect against exposure to dust and are water resistant.
