Report Writing Contest - The Judges Have Your Entries!

ATL is holding a contest to reward those that have made the coolest, most functional and sophisticated reports in Sample Master® Pro LIMS. ATL will receive hard copy reports via e-mail, fax or mail, but the code must also be sent via e-mail or uploaded to a users folder on the ATL FTP site. Reports must also include, the name of the designer or designers of the report/s, the purpose of the report, any underlying calculations and how the report is being used by the laboratory or organization to reduce costs, save resources or enhance quality. Reports should contain non-confidential data. A team of ATL developers will review all submissions for the following criteria, the look of the report (cosmetics), sophistication (of the underlying queries), the usefulness (all reports much include a paragraph on how it is used in the laboratory, who uses it and how it has saved the organization money, resources, time or enhanced data or product quality.)

All reports will be reviewed by the ATL evaluation team and winning reports will be used by the sales and marketing in collateral (including the website) to show what type of reports can be generated with the LIMS. The contest deadline is October 31st, 2011.

Good Luck to everyone! ATL employees will not be eligible to participate in the contest nor will any reports that were created for our clients by the ATL development team. All submitted reports will become the property of ATL to utilize in our sales and marketing collateral. The contest is open to all ATL customers with an active support agreement.
