Now in their 10th year, ATL's training courses, especially the LIMS Boot Camp, continue to be extremely popular. They provide clients with a unique hands-on learning experience as instructors lead students through step by step examples. These courses also provide clients the opportunity to network with other users and share experiences. In response to the courses' popularity and client’s feedback, a series of report writing classes have been added to the curriculum and the Training Team is constantly updating course material based on technology enhancements and user feedback.
In addition to hands on CBT (computer-based training) and classroom courses, ATL also offers instructor lead web-based e-learning and interactive blended e-learning. The core classroom curriculum is listed in the table below. In addition to the core CBT courses, ATL trainers also work with our clients to develop custom training offerings, online e-learning and blended learning solutions. We use the appropriate level of technology that best meets our clients' needs. ATL’s Training Team forms a partnership with our clients, working closely to identify training needs, and the most effective and efficient way to accomplish that training. We are the experts at making that content come alive and provide tips and techniques that users can leverage on the job.

Blended E-learning
Interactive instructor-led web-based training consists of customized, modular learning tutorials in which the instructor will demonstrate a function and then turn control over to the student to have a live “practice” session. This also allows the instructor to focus the training on areas that require the most attention. Webinars
ATL certified trainers lead regularly scheduled learning sessions to re-enforce previous learning sessions, these are held quarterly and included free of charge to customers with the ATL Gold support plan subscription. Web based learning re-enforces previous learning and also provides a unique learning opportunity for new users in the laboratory.
