Account Manager:

Job Description: Identifying, qualifying new prospects and selling ATL's Data Management Solutions to customers in the territory.  Managing the sales process from the purchase order through installation, implementation and support.  Providing proposals and quotations to clients.  Assisting in the coordination and implementation of new installations and participation in training courses.

Job Requirements: A BS degree and a proven track record in selling data management, laboratory automation and LIMS solutions. A working knowledge of laboratory environments such as clinical, environmental, biotechnology, food and chemical and excellent oral and written communication skills to respond to request for proposals and information. An understanding of the regulatory requirements in data management is beneficial. Must have good communication and people skills with a strong customer focus and a willingness to travel.  Applicant must be energetic, a self starter, a team player, participate in trade shows and be able to work with minimum supervision.


Software Engineer:

Job Description: Primary objectives are to enhance and maintain ATL's flagship LIMS products in the Sample Master® family utilizing a Quality Systems approach in software development. Assist in the development of new web based applications utilizing ATL's product development lifecycle. Responsibilities include development through testing and deployment.

Job Requirements: A BS/CS +2 years of software development experience is preferred with excellent programming skills in Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle, Access or Visual Basic. Must also have a working knowledge of Windows 2000, Active Server Pages, and Dynamic HTML.  Knowledge of LIMS and laboratory practices is helpful. Must be able to work independently and also as part of a team. Must have good communication and people skills with a strong customer focus. Some travel is required.


Marketing Assistant:

Job Description: Primary objective is to support the Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing in implementing ATL's strategic sales and marketing plan.  Provide a rapid response to customer inquires for product information, should be fluent in Microsoft Office 2003 suite and assist in managing the day-to-day sales operations.  Participation and assistance in the coordination of road shows, sales events and trade shows.

Job Requirements: An Associate's degree preferably in a technical/science discipline and/or a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service.  Must be well organized, able to work independently and also as part of a team. Must have excellent communication and people skills with a strong customer focus.


Implementation Specialist:

Job Description: This position requires an independent worker with strong knowledge of LIMS, SQL Server or Oracle. Position will also include adhering to company quality procedures for system testing, validation and customer training. This person would have excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player.

Job Requirements: A BS/CS +3 years of software experience is preferred with excellent programming skills in Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle, Access or Visual Basic. Must also have a working knowledge of Windows 2000, XP and Crystal reports.  Knowledge of LIMS and laboratory practices is helpful. Must be able to work independently and also as part of a team. Must have good communication and people skills with a strong customer focus. Travel is a requirement for this position.
