ATL Awarded Training Grant from the North Carolina Department of Commerce

Accelerated Technology Laboratories, Inc. (ATL), a premier supplier of Laboratory Data Management Solutions, has been awarded a training grant from the North Carolina Incumbent Workforce Development Program.  The Program provides funding to established North Carolina businesses to provide educational and skills training for workers. ATL employs experts in the fields of laboratory management, software development and automation and has been a leader in the LIMS industry for over 17 years. ATL pioneered Windows-based LIMS and automating laboratories in a number of industries from energy, food testing, water/wastewater, agriculture, material testing and public health.

North Carolina's Incumbent Workforce Development Program under the federal Workforce Investment Act broadens the scope of the state's existing incumbent worker initiative allowing ATL to provide additional project management and professional development training to team members.  The program is designed to benefit businesses by enhancing the skills of employees, thereby increasing employee productivity and the potential for company growth.  The enhanced skills obtained through this program will not only benefit ATL team members but also our customers ensuring superior project management.
